Conference Registration
Conference registration is now open and will be available until 7th July 2011.
Given the interest the conference is exciting we strongly
urge you to register early. Standard registration period runs from 7th March 2011 to 31st May 2011.
We offer various conference packages and the price of each is indicated in the table below. Please note that conference reception and Gala dinner on 28th July are optional and will be charged at £50 per person on top of the costs shown in the table. You will be able to add these and additional nights for accommodation should you require when you make the booking online.
Please note that the closing date for all registrations is 7th July

If necessary, alternative payment methods can be arranged and additional costs will be charged. I) Partners' Attendance
Description
Partners of delegates are permitted to attend the conference reception and Gala Dinner at the National Railway Museum, and to stay in on-campus accommodation. Please note only single accommodation is available on-campus.

J) Additional Delegate Requirements
Description
You can use this category if you have already made your main conference registration, and now wish to book additional
accommodation for early arrival or late departure, or if you have forgotten to book the Gala Dinner. You can select and pay
just for these individual extra items you require.

K) Exhibitors - Extra Attendees and Requirements
Description
EXHIBITORS ONLY - if you are attending the conference as an exhibitor but have already filled your 2 free places then additional catering and accommodation can be booked here. Similarly, if you are already registered but wish to book anything you might have missed then you can do that here.
