Ongoing meetings

It is important to have regular feedback opportunities throughout the year.

Where appropriate, the reviewer should arrange a mid-cycle review meeting. This is an opportunity to reflect on progress against objectives and add any additional areas of work that may have arisen. It is also useful to discuss the progress of development activities.

Periodic one-to-one catch ups should be scheduled.
