Reward Manager

Louise leads the Reward team which is responsible for the University’s pay, recognition, benefits and promotion activity.

The team manage the Academic Promotions, Rewarding Excellence and Making a Difference schemes. They also evaluate roles and manage the Rewards Extra platform.
