Temporary location change for on-campus Right to Work checks
Heslington Hall will be closed from the 16 December until 5 January. On-campus right to work checks scheduled between these dates will take place at Providence House, on Innovation Close in the York Science Park.
If you have booked an appointment between these dates, please visit us in Providence House for your right to work check. On arrival at the building, please report to reception.
Visitors are welcome on an appointment basis, please contact us by email or telephone to arrange an appointment. Right to work checks can be booked online after you submit your right to work information.
The HR offices are in Heslington Hall, in the brick extension between the main Hall and Derwent College.

Once you are inside, follow the signs to reception. The door to the office is open between 9:15am and 4:15pm. If you are arriving outside these times, please call your contact to gain access.
