Assistant HR Director - HR Operations, Services and Compliance

Helen heads up HR operations including employee relations and HR policy, services, compliance, senior staff recruitment services and the temporary staffing pool. In addition, Helen works on a number of strategic issues such as employee engagement and the future of work. She is also part of the HR leadership team.
