This module aims to introduce students to the main aspects and issues in operation management, and develop the students’ understanding of the core nature of operations management and the importance of improving the firm’s performance and competitiveness using a range of project and operations management techniques. The module aims to develop students' problem solving skills through a range of case study, discussion and research activities.
