Module aims
The module requires students to apply their learning from prior modules in order to initiate and develop an idea for a new, sustainable business venture and prepare a detailed business plan. The module is also designed to develop the ability of students to work in teams.
Module learning outcomes
Subject Content:

Understand and apply key aspects of sustainable new venture creation and development, including: deciding upon a business idea, developing a value proposition for customers, and proposing a business model to deliver the product or service to market.

Acquire and organise information from a wide range of source materials.

Module assessment reports to students are written by the module leader for all assessments and placed on the VLE after the Board of Examiners has received the module marks.
