Things to do in York
The campus is approximately 2.5 miles from the city centre and is within walking distance (20-30 minutes).
There is a regular bus service operating between the University and the City, (Number 4 bus). It operates from Monday to Saturday between 06.25 and 23.50 approximately every ten minutes and on Sunday approximately every fifteen minutes.
A journey by taxi from the railway station to the University takes from 15 to 20 minutes and costs approximately £8.
