Systems security review

We can work with you to carry out a security assessment of any IT systems you run or use in a work capacity.

Our review will seek to identify known vulnerabilities that could be exploited by third parties, as well as weaknesses that could lead to data loss or unauthorised disclosure. Where services are provided by third parties, due diligence will be undertaken to assess their security resilience.

Key features

The review offers:

  • Consultancy and advice about securing your system or service, and keeping it secure.
  • Development of a formal Computing Risk Assessment with documented risks and mitigations that can be shared with external partners where required.
  • Vulnerability scanning to test for known vulnerabilities that could be exploited.
  • A code review to check program code for weaknesses.

In certain circumstances an external penetration test may be advisable, working with appointed specialists.
