Use our enquiry form to contact IT Services. Your query will be sent to the IT Support team and you'll get an email confirmation with a case number. We aim to respond to you with an initial response within three working days (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm).

  • We continue to monitor critical IT systems out of hours. We'll receive alerts of any major issues and we'll resolve them as soon as possible.

Report cyber security concerns

If you think your machine is being attacked, there’s a data breach or significant system outage due to a cyberattack, let the Computer Emergency Response Team know immediately.
