Additional information
To request this service, you'll need to provide a valid use case. IT Services incur a monthly charge for each account created, so limit the number of accounts per department or group.
Each Mailjet account allows up to two staff members to log in. We cannot create non-personal accounts. Each account must have an owner responsible for its management. The owner counts as one of the two available logins.
There are several tools you can use to communicate with staff and students. As Mailjet licences are restricted, please consider the following first:
- Yet Another Mail Merge (YAMM), used with Google Sheets and Gmail.
- Use a Google Group to send an email with Gmail, or to send a Google Doc as an email. You can format a Google Doc using Google's newsletter template options (support.google.com).
- Slack channels and Canvases.
