Hybrid meeting rooms

Hybrid meeting rooms, also known as Zoom rooms, are meeting rooms equipped with hybrid technology. They enable in-person and remote participants to meet online in real time.

  • Simple control panels let you start a meeting, book a room and share content in a few taps.
  • HD audio and video capabilities provided by Poly hardware (including Poly X30,  X50 and X70).
  • Equipment is scalable, meaning we can transform small huddle rooms (two people) through to large conferencing spaces.
  • Equipment is fully supported by IT Services.

 

Available to staff

Staff can request this equipment. You will need approval from your line manager.

Funded by departments

Departments fund this service, subject to approval. There isn’t a cost to you for standard use.
