Doodle (events scheduling)
Doodle is a meeting scheduling tool.
Use it to easily establish the availability of attendees and see which time slot will suit most people.
Key features
- Doodle simplifies the process of scheduling meetings and events.
- Create a Doodle poll to suggest as many potential times as you wish and respondents state their availability. Select the time that suits everyone best.
- Create one-to-one appointments that other users can book (no Doodle account necessary). Use the one-to-one option if the slots differ each week, or the Booking page to automatically create recurring slots that repeat each week.
- Doodle is an externally hosted service that can be used on its own, or linked to your Google Calendar.
- We have premium licences available to staff and students. This version features the York logo and doesn't have ads.
