The custom groups tool allows you to set up groups of users who have University IT accounts. These groups can then be used to restrict access to web pages within the University's website (york.ac.uk).

Service commitments
Please ensure that you review and maintain the membership of your groups regularly.
This includes removing the usernames of anyone who has left the University or moved to a new role where they no longer require access to the protected content.
