- This software is installed in our computer labs and in the Creativity Lab in the Library.
- For other University managed devices running Windows, you can install this software from the Software Center.
- For other Windows devices, teaching staff can download Corel Video Studio. A licence code is required.

Students and staff can use this software on University-managed devices. Teaching staff can also use it on their own devices.

To use it on an unmanaged or personal device you must be either a teacher or faculty staff member using it exclusively for:
- teaching purposes related to the University, or
- for purposes related to or for the benefit of the University, such as lesson planning.
Use on unmanaged or personal devices is prohibited on devices in China, India, Vietnam and Indonesia.
The following policies apply to all IT services provided by the University.
Availability
- This is a live service, available 24/7.
Support
- This service is managed by a third party.
- They are responsible for monitoring, identifying and fixing faults. We provide advice and support for local issues during our opening hours.

- Our service performance and standards have been produced in consultation with our customers, and we monitor the delivery, performance and availability of facilities and services.
