- For other devices, teaching and faculty staff can download Corel PaintShop Pro. A licence code is required.
- Staff and students can access it through the virtual desktop service (VDS).

Service commitments
By installing Corel PaintShop Pro and using the licence code (needed when downloading on personal device), you are agreeing to abide by the terms of the user acknowledgment.
To use it on an unmanaged or personal device you must be either a teacher or faculty staff member using it exclusively for:
- teaching purposes related to the University, or
- for purposes related to or for the benefit of the University, such as lesson planning etc.
Use on unmanaged or personal devices is prohibited on devices in China, India, Vietnam and Indonesia.
The following policies apply to all IT services provided by the University.
Availability
- This is a live service, available 24/7.
Support
- This service is managed by a third party.
- They are responsible for monitoring, identifying and fixing faults. We provide advice and support for local issues during our opening hours.
Support is available via the PaintShop Pro Learning Centre (paintshoppro.com)

- Our service performance and standards have been produced in consultation with our customers, and we monitor the delivery, performance and availability of facilities and services.
