Alma
Alma is a Library software system for managing various types of resources, including physical and electronic books, periodicals, and digital materials. It's used by Library staff for the management of user records and associated loaned items, as well as supporting Library purchasing from vendors.
Key features
- Supports integrations with various systems for example, for importing user records from external systems, for loaning and returning items via self-service.
- Ability to create bespoke integrations.
- Alma-D module for storing, managing and serving digital materials.
- Integration with YorSearch (Library catalogue).
