View your timetable with the MyUoY app

Specifically developed to support everyday student life at York, the MyUoY app includes lots of features to help make day-to-day life on campus easier such as the ability to view your timetable and find where you need to be on campus.

The app is available on both Apple and Android devices, simply search ‘MyUoY’ in the app store of your smartphone or tablet to download. 

Home - this displays your personalised schedule, showing you the events you have coming up soonest in your timetable. You can also view the latest news items and access quick links to other app features such as the Library Card and Campus Explore.

Schedule - view your academic timetable including details of lecture and seminar locations up to seven days in advance

Library Card - this virtual version of your library card allows you to access the Library and take books out

Campus Explore - find Eat & Drinks venues, sports facilities, shopping venues and other buildings available across campus and then save them to your ‘Favourites’ list. Once you’ve selected your chosen venue you’ll be able to see information such as opening hours, menus (where available) and contact details. Sort venues by those closest to you and use either Google Maps or what3words directly from within the app to get where you need to be. 

Discover - browse social events, career development workshops, college events and academic training sessions. Tap on the event you're interested in to find out more and follow the link to sign up. You can also ‘add to schedule’ to view these events alongside your timetable on the ‘Schedule’ tab.

Map - use the map to find rooms and buildings on campus. You can also filter the map to your nearest amenities eg shops, bus stops etc

Library Loans - easily view your borrowed items, track their due dates, and manage returns

Space Availability -find available study spaces across campus for either focused individual study or collaborative group work. 

Book a Study Space - book a study space in the Library
