Time Off for Trade Unions - Union Learning Representative Duties
For employees who are Union Learning Representatives, reasonable paid time off may occur for one or more of the functions of:
- Analysing learning or training needs
- Providing information and advice about learning or training matters
- Arranging learning or training
- Promoting the value of learning or training
- Consulting the University of York about carrying out any such activities
- Preparation to carry out any of the above activities
- Undergoing relevant training for the role of Union Learning Representative
