Manage your University of York application, online.
You can use You@York to view your offers from us, book visit days, send us documents and apply for a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS), if you need it.
We'll use it to keep you updated on your application and send you information about any actions you need to take.
Getting access to You@York
If you've received an offer from the University of York, you'll get access to You@York. Before you can access You@York, you'll need to register your IT Account using our identity manager.
Your username and password will be in your offer email.
If you've applied to study an undergraduate course with Hull York Medical School (HYMS) you do not need to access You@York.
Account security
Your username and password are your University identity. Protect them. Never share your password.
If an agent or anyone else knows your password, change it immediately using our identity manager.
Your saved application is not on You@York. It's on our 'Select' system.
To access your saved application you need to use the personalised link that was emailed when you saved your application. Check your spam folder if you don't recall receiving this email. If you can't find the email you'll need to email us at pg-admissions
If you have the link and are having problems accessing your application, eg seeing a blank screen, try these steps:
- clear your cache and close all browser windows/sessions, then try to access the link again
- turn off any pop-up blockers
- don't use a bookmarked link (use the link in our email to you)
- try to log in without using a saved password
- try using a different browser.

You need to register your IT Account via our identity manager page before you can access You@York.

Contact our IT Support Office if you can't find your username.
They will verify your identity and send your username to the email address provided in your application.
You can reset your password, if you've already registered your account, using our identity manager page. Enter your username, click 'Forgot password?' and follow the instructions.

Contact our IT Support Office if you've forgotten your username and password.
They will go through some security checks with you before helping you access your account.
