IODE War Memorial Scholarships
These scholarships are awarded to Canadian citizens in at least the second year of their doctoral program at a Canadian or Commonwealth university.

Eligibility
Open to students from Canada only.
To be eligible to apply for this scholarship, you must also
- hold a first degree from a Canadian university
- be enrolled in at least the second year of a doctoral program
