Beca Carlos Quijano
This scholarship aims to subsidise expenses for postgraduate training for students with Uruguayan citizenship.
Scholarships are available for both Masters and PhD courses, including in-person, online and distance degrees. Applications for this scholarship are usually open between November and January.

Open to students from Uruguay only.
Applicants must meet all of the following requirements:
- Have Uruguayan citizenship;
- Possession of a tertiary qualification. In exceptional cases, proof of equivalent training may be considered;
- Be up to date with the Solidarity Fund (if applicable);
- Having been admitted to a graduate program;
- Not maintaining a direct employment relationship with the National Education Directorate of the Ministry of Education and Culture, regardless of its type (budgeted, employment contracts or contracts with teaching hours);
- Complete the scholarship application form in a timely manner.
