Our unique curriculum focuses on practical application and relevance to industry. It incorporates industry methodologies, such as PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum and Six Sigma. We emphasise sustainability, helping to ensure that the projects you develop keep on delivering. This well-rounded training and education will prepare you to tackle the complexities of project management and consultancy challenges in engineering.

You will develop a comprehensive understanding of project management principles relevant to technical managers. These modules are designed to foster creative and innovative thinking and gain a deep understanding of how to apply industry methodologies in project management.

The final project will involve a hands-on, industry-focused collaboration with IBM. You will undertake a comprehensive research study and write a project report that integrates project management theories, practices, and applications.
The primary goal is to solve a real-world problem or tackle a specific challenge using Artificial Intelligence presented by IBM. During the project, you'll work extensively with IBM software, particularly IBM watsonx and IBM Cloud, under the guidance of project mentors from IBM. You'll be responsible for developing a project plan for IBM, implementing project management methodologies, and thoroughly analysing your research findings and project outcomes.
As part of the project, you'll have to complete Mandatory Digital credentials from IBM Skills build in Artificial Intelligence, Cloud and Sustainability. This project offers you an invaluable opportunity to apply your project management expertise to real-world engineering challenges. Based on your in-depth analysis, you'll draw conclusions and provide well-founded recommendations to your clients.
