This course will introduce you to early interventions that support the mental health and emotional well-being of children and young people. It will help strengthen your knowledge and understanding, build practical skills and strategies, and enhance professional competencies.
The course is suitable for everyone interested in learning more about the challenges faced by children and young people regarding their mental health and emotional wellbeing. You will gain greater awareness and confidence in the importance of early recognition of when they may be struggling, and the valuable ways you can help a child or young person build their emotional resilience and promote better mental health.
