Here's what we offered during the academic year 2023/24

Appointments

 

  • 497 students were seen at Careers Drop-in sessions
  • 332 students had either a Placement Year or Enterprise appointment
  • 1,066 careers appointments and mock interviews were booked and attended by students, with 82 appointments booked and the student failed to attend
  • 205 e-queries, including application and CV reviews were completed
  • 390 First Steps appointments were booked and attended by students, with 45 appointments booked and the student failed to attend

Enquiries

We answered:

  • 3,157 email enquiries
  • 837 Handshake messages
  • 2,266 face to face enquiries
  • 130 telephone calls

Vacancies

We advertised:

  • 10,638 job vacancies and other opportunities 

Events

We ran:

  • 4 fairs
  • 53 centrally delivered events
  • 11 York Strengths Development Days
