The provision of immigration advice is regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA).
We can advise students, prospective students, visiting academics, and their dependants about the following:
- Student visa applications and extensions (including for Standard Visitor visa and Sabbatical Officer)
- Dependant visa applications and extensions
- Graduate visa applications
- EUSS (EU Settlement Scheme)
- Changing courses
- Re-sits
- Leave of Absence/Authorised Absence
- Lost or stolen Passports
- Working while studying
- Working after study (signposting to different options)
- Academic Visitors
- Extending the Ukraine Extension Scheme to the Ukraine Permission Extension Scheme
- Switching to FLR(HRO)
- Signposting to British National (Overseas) and UK Ancestry visas
- Signposting for Afghan Citizenship Resettlement Scheme (ACRS)
