The module explores how people and processes interact to shape the global business environment whilst considering the political and economic factors that affect organisations.
By the end of this module, students should be able to:
Apply an awareness of global challenges at a macro and micro level in current economic and political environments with sensitivity to equality, diversity and cultural factors to their organisation
Assess how geographical, technological, ethical and social factors impact on international business and appropriately respond in an inclusive, strategic and expeditious way
Assess how risk awareness and resilience at the micro level are impacted by global decision making and give deliberate thought to constructive, appropriate and ethical solutions
