To ensure that the student has achieved the requirements of the programme to enable them to undertake the End Point Assessment as specified in the End Point Assessment plan for the Apprenticeship Standard ‘Advanced Clinical Practitioner' ST0564

Module learning outcomes

Has achieved requirements to enter End Point Assessment in accordance with End Point Assessment plan for the Apprenticeship Standard ‘Advanced Clinical Practitioner' ST0564

  1. Active registration with statutory health and or social care regulator

  2. Achieved English and Maths at a minimum of level 2

  3. Achieved 160 credit from the programme and associated off the job hours

  4. Confirmation of achievement from employers that requirements of apprenticeship agreement and knowledge, skills and behaviours from the standard has been met within the workplace

  5. Confirmation by employer of apprentices’ readiness to progress to end point assessment
