By the end of the module, students will be able to:
Apply enhanced theoretical understanding of history-taking and consultation models to your chosen Field of Practice.
Perform a physical and/or mental health assessment relevant to a presenting patient.
Synthesise clinical information from the history-taking and assessment in order to make a diagnosis.
Develop a plan of care based on a clinical decision making process.
Applying leadership skills to enable you to facilitate the plan of care.
Educate others in history-taking and undertaking physical and mental health assessment.
Develop a critical understanding of broader systemic and strategic factors within your area of healthcare practice.
