Information for New Undergraduate Students
New Undergraduates who have received a Conditional Offer for entry in Semester 1 2024
From August 2024
In the event of a successful offer you will receive an email with the title ‘University of York Joining Instructions’ from the date above containing information about setting up or upgrading your IT account and enrol online.
The 'University of York Joining Instructions' email will enable you to:
- Set up or upgrade your IT Account
- Apply online for accommodation, if you have not already done so
- Complete your enrolment with the University of York
- Upload a photograph for your University Card
- Set up payment instructions for accommodation and/or tuition fees
- Check your University email account for any process confirmation messages
- View your induction timetable
- Student Visa Holders: Provide us with your intended travel date and upload evidence of your visa application before you travel
