New Postgraduate Students 2024/5

Postgraduate Researchers will be invited to enrol at least 3 weeks before the start date of their course, provided all the conditions of their offer have been met.

'University of York - Joining Instructions' email

This will provide you with all the necessary information to:

  1. Set up or upgrade your IT Account
  2. Apply online for accommodation, if you have not already done so
  3. Complete your enrolment with the University of York
  4. Upload a photograph for your University Card
  5. Set up payment instructions for accommodation and/or tuition fees
  6. Check your University email account for any process confirmation messages
  7. View your induction timetable
  8. Student Visa Holders: Provide us with your intended travel date and upload evidence of your visa application before you travel

Your welcome pack will be available for you online on the new postgraduates welcome pages, your department may provide further subject specific information to you on your arrival.
