New Postgraduate Researchers 2024/5

Postgraduate researchers can begin their course from the first of any month.

If you have met all the conditions of your offer you should be invited to enrol at least 3 weeks before your course start date. 

You will receive an email with the title ‘University of York Joining Instructions’ containing information about setting up or upgrading your IT account and enrolling online. 

If you have received the email and cannot enrol after this date, please email student-records@york.ac.uk as soon as possible.

New 'York Online' Postgraduate Taught Students who have received an Unconditional Firm offer

You will receive an email from your Admissions Adviser detailing next steps and advising when enrolment opens for your chosen start date. 

You will subsequently receive an email with the title 'University of York Joining Instructions' just before enrolment opens, containing information about setting up or upgrading your IT account and how to enrol online.

Enrolment Deadline 

For students commencing studies on Monday, 13 January 2025

You will need to complete your module selection and payment by 11:59pm (GMT) on Tuesday, 7 January 2025

Continuing Students Semester 1 2024/5

Undergraduate students from 5 August 2024

Postgraduate students from 9 September 2024

From the date shown above returning students will receive an email titled 'University of York online enrolment 2024/5' inviting them to enrol by logging into e:Vision using their username and password.

If you have received the email and cannot enrol after this date, please email student-records@york.ac.uk
