Global Opportunities for Social Policy and Social Work students

Social Policy and Social Work (SPSW) students studying BA (Hons) Criminology can apply to study abroad through Sociology: please see the options available to students in Sociology.

Year Abroad Exchange Destinations

University-wide: BA (Hons) Criminology students may also apply to study abroad at one of York’s University-wide partners, which are open to students from most other departments at the University. You must ensure that you are aware of the mandatory modules for your time at the partner university.

ISEP (International Student Exchange Program) Exchange:
As part of your internal application for an additional year abroad, you can list ISEP as one of your preferred choices. Begin by exploring the ISEP Minisite and using the ISEP Program Finder to research possible destinations; make sure to apply the 'ISEP Exchange' filter to tailor your search and your field of study. Please be aware that ISEP Direct is not available.
