Transcripts
All taught visiting students will receive an official academic transcript upon completion of their studies at York. Please note that all grade conversions are handled by your home university. If you have any questions regarding the conversion of your York marks, please contact your home university directly.
Official transcripts are generated once all your marks have been entered into the University's system. A digital copy of the final transcript will be emailed to your home institution and to your personal email address. Transcripts are issued by Global Opportunities and are not processed through Gradintel.
If you require your official transcript urgently (e.g., due to graduation requirements at your home university), please notify us well in advance, ideally upon registering for your York modules.
For interim or unofficial transcripts, you can take a screenshot of your marks from your student account. To obtain validation, either print the screenshot and present it to the Student Hub or email it to student-hub
Please allow up to four weeks from the date your marks are registered on the system for your official transcript to be issued. If you have not received your transcript by the end of the four-week period, please contact us at visiting-students
