The more conversations we have, the more myths we can bust and barriers we can break down, helping to end the stigma that many people can feel about mental health issues and creating an open and supportive community.
It can be as simple as a quick “how are you?” via text or in person, perhaps to someone you haven’t been in touch with recently - the smallest conversation has the power to make a big difference.
