TIER - reminder to staff and students

As the City of York Council works to find an alternative service provider we strongly encourage all staff and students to explore other modes of sustainable transport such as cycling and walking.
We offer staff and students discounted cycling equipment and free bike servicing through our on-site Bike Dr. Staff can save money on a new bike through the Cycle To Work staff salary exchange scheme, while second hand refurbished bikes are also available to buy via our Bike Dr. On campus we have multiple secure bike sheds close to Colleges and departments.
We also have First York bus services to and from the city, including the free Campus Zone travel.
The C1 and C2 bus routes continue to operate as dedicated, free-of-charge campus shuttles. Furthermore, routes 66 and 67 offer intercampus travel within the free Campus Zone. Please remember to tap on and off when using these routes.
