We are looking for staff and students from a variety of backgrounds to contribute to different aspects of this project and share their stories.
Multicultural Dictionary
We want to create a Multicultural Dictionary - send us words from your native language(s) that belong to a range of categories, such as greetings, celebrations, attire, food and/or religion.
Crowns Exhibit
For our Crowns Exhibit, we are looking for staff and students who can share the significance of their hair, hairstyle or head-covering to their identity, as well as their experiences within academic and professional spaces. Participants can choose to be interviewed or fill out an online form.
Advice column
We are also building an advice column for BAME students as part of the EDI Support Hub. Your stories will be a key opportunity for us to create a community of sharing that can be accessed by any student or staff member at any time should they look for advice in managing similar experiences.
