Our student contact and mentor system provides peer support and friendly faces to help new students get the best start to university life.

What are STYCs and STYMs?

Second/Third Year Contacts (STYCs) help welcome students in their first week at University.

Second/Third Year Mentors (STYMs) provide all new undergraduate students with a student peer supporter throughout their first year.

You will also have the opportunity to attend information sessions to find out more about the roles, application process and have your questions answered.
