IT Support will be closed from 3.30pm on Tuesday 24 December and will reopen at 9am on Thursday 2 January.
During this period IT Services staff will not be on duty to attend to faults, but will be available in case of an IT emergency. In the event of an emergency, we will endeavour to provide information via Twitter:

Staff will monitor paper and toner levels on York Print Plus devices and will visit campus if necessary to resolve any major problems.
All other IT services should be available as usual outside normal hours but access to the IT rooms will be subject to college opening hours.
