Drop your machine off at the IT Support in the University Library (Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm), and Jennings will collect it. They'll clean it and diagnose the problem - there is a £20 assessment fee for this service. Within five days, they'll let you know what the problem is, whether it can be repaired, and how much the repair will cost. You can then decide whether or not to go ahead.
Once your laptop/computer has been fixed (or if you decide not to go ahead with the repair) it will be returned to the Library & IT Help Desk for you to collect.
