Manchester Airport collection service

If you're living on campus, your room will only be available from the date shown in your offer of accommodation. You should organise hotel accommodation in York if you arrive in the UK before that date.

Forthcoming dates

• Monday 8 September (postgraduates only)
• Friday 12 September (all students)
• Saturday 13 September (all students)

Booking must be done in advance and will be via e:Vision in the Your Support section once online enrolment is completed from 1 August.

Airport collection is free of charge, but places are limited, and bookings will be on a first come, first served basis. We regret that we are unable to take family members or friends on the coaches, places are for new international students only.

Booking deadlines are:

• 11.59pm BST on Sunday 31 August for 8 September collection.
• 11.59pm BST on Thursday 4 September for 12 and 13 September collection.

What to bring

You are advised not to bring more than two suitcases and one piece of hand luggage. If you have more than the suggested number of suitcases we may have to ask you to travel to York at your own expense, due to limited luggage space on the coach. See information on what to bring.

If you are unable to arrive in time, you could consider taking a flight the day before and staying in nearby hotels overnight. Alternatively, see our information about travelling to York from UK airports to arrange your own travel.
