This workshop will provide guidance on how to overcome stress and worry. It will demonstrate how a little bit of worry can be positive, but also making sure we prevent worry and stress dominating and taking over. The workshop will be run by college tutors in a relaxed and welcoming environment. The workshop will provide you with practical techniques to help improve you overcome stress, as well as letting you know about services and resources that you can access after the session.
The workshop will be online and the tutors running the workshop will be in touch with you in the days before the event to provide a video link and introduce themselves.
