The Code is designed to ensure that students have safe, good quality accommodation and get the best out of their time living in University or college residences. 

The Code outlines important details about our responsbilities as a university, including, fire and safety requirements, repairs and maintenance procedures, health and wellbeing responsibilities and details of the student complaints procedure.
