Why not join our exercise classes group?
Going to the gym for a heavy workout might not be your thing, but there are other activities that you might want to either try or get back into, such as yoga, pilates or tai chi. All of these are great for the keeping the body strong and flexible. Or you may prefer meditation or mindfulness, which help maintain your mental health.
In this group we enjoy this sort of activity. We want to form groups that meet the common interests of members but also provide a safe place where relationships can form and members feel able to talk about everyday challenges they face and celebrate successes.
