Research Systems Support Hub
What services we offer
The Research Systems Support Hub supports and maintains the following research information systems: PURE, Worktribe Research Management, Research Professional, Researchfish and SciVal.
We provide a service management function, end-user technical support and overseeing the day-to-day management and maintenance of these research information systems, working in partnership with key business owners.
The Hub also works on new initiatives and projects to investigate new system functionality, by testing, upgrading and further developing research information systems and their associated processes.
