To help make sure our University information is kept secure, from Monday 12 August we will be disabling the option to record Zoom meetings and webinars locally. You’ll still be able to record meetings and webinars to the Cloud. If you do need to record locally for any reason (e.g it is a requirement of external partners), please complete the Zoom local recording request form.
Everyone with a Zoom account at the University will now need to use one of the three latest versions. Zoom will automatically update to these minimum versions after the first Wednesday of the month. To avoid Zoom updating when you are joining a meeting, we advise periodically checking for updates.
