The dashboard automatically updates every 24 hours and so far over 55,000 tasks have been completed using the tools.
The tools are available across the University and aim to support staff by reducing the amount of time spent on repetitive tasks across the Google Workspace such as allowing users to bulk create drive folders or add data to documents.

The savings calculated are the absolute minimum and do not account for staff wellbeing improvements from using the tools, which include:
