As current restrictions rule out large group meetings, we hope this webinar gets us as close as possible to one of the Vice-Chancellor’s Talks events.
During this webinar the Vice-Chancellor, Charlie Jeffery, will talk about the impact of Covid-19 on the HE sector, staff and students at York, and how the University has responded. Charlie will also resume the conversation on Vision for York - the development of the new University Strategy.
He will also address the issues that the pandemic now raises for our strategic thinking, and the new challenges posed by the prospect of a very different post-Covid world. The webinar will set the scene for the next phase of strategy development, building a set of distinctive and bold aims to position York for the future. The underpinning question remains the same: what do we want the University to be in 10 years’ time?
A question and answer session will complete the webinar. Charlie will answer a selection of questions submitted by the audience during the event, and you can also submit a question in advance.
