We've simplified the process of leading and managing change into three phases: plan, implement and embed. 

Each of these phases draws on similar skills and behaviours, but some may require a greater emphasis on specific skills. We've mapped resources to the three phases of change to help you focus on the specific phase you are in.

The resources enable you to spend time reflecting on your strengths and development areas. They can help you focus on a specific area at the right time for you, your team and where you are in the change process.
