Morgane started her PhD at the University of York in April 2018. She is working towards identifying mechanisms of success in promoting the decriminalisation of homosexuality in the context of international relations, particularly focusing on the Commonwealth countries. Morgane is working as a senior policy advisor at the Government Equalities Office, advising UK ministers on international and other LGBT equality related issues. Prior to this, she has been working on other social policy and human rights topics, whether it be in UK government departments such as Cabinet Office or at NGOs and the UN.
